<p>お店の場所は国道286号線を曲がり、西に向かったところにあります。</p>
<p>駐車場はお店の前にあります。</p>
<h2><span id="toc2">手打ちそば あづまやのメニュー</span></h2>
<p><strong><span class="fz-22px">手打ちそば あづまや</span></strong>は<strong>お蕎麦</strong>と<strong>中華麺</strong>が味わえます。</p>
<p>山形ではお蕎麦屋さんで蕎麦とらーめんを味わえる、二刀流のお店が多いです。それにご飯ものも加わるゾロみたいな三刀流のお店もあります。</p>
<div class="information-box common-icon-box">2026年１月から店主の手術のため、<strong>そば</strong>は約１ヶ月お休みしていましたが、現在は提供されているようです。レビューのほうもそば再開に合わせてあげています。</div>

<p>そばは<strong>細打ち</strong>・<strong>太打ち</strong>・<strong>ダッタンそば</strong>があります。ダッタンそばが食べられるのは珍しいですね。</p>

<p>こちらは入口においてある看板。そば粉の種類や<strong>季節もの</strong>などが書かれています。</p>
<p>訪問時は冬でしたので、冬季限定のみそらーめんがありました。</p>

<p>今回は相方と２人。そばを２品とみそらーめんを食べてみます。</p>

<p>ふーさんは<strong><span class="fz-22px">鴨せいろ</span></strong>を<strong>太打ち</strong>で食べてみました。</p>

<p>おぼんの上にはそば・つけ汁・ねぎとシンプル。</p>

<p><strong><span class="fz-22px">そば</span></strong>の太さはやや不揃い。田舎そばとしても太いほうですね。やや柔らかくもは感じますが、もぐもぐと食べるそばです。</p>
<p><strong><span class="fz-22px">汁</span></strong>はまずゆずが香ります。鴨汁としては脂も甘みもわりと控えめ。庄内鴨は気持ち硬めと感じますが、肉の味は濃いという印象です。</p>

<p>やはり細打ちはのどごしが良いですね。風味とのバランスもいいです。</p>

<p>こちらが<strong><span class="fz-22px">みそらーめん</span></strong>。</p>
<p>かすかにラー油の浮くスープですが、そこはお蕎麦屋さんのみそらーめん。あっさりめと感じます。</p>
<p><strong><span class="fz-22px">麺</span></strong>はやや細めで気持ちヤワな茹で上がりと感じます。</p>
<p><strong>具材</strong>も奇をてらうことなく、みそらーめんの定番の具材。肉は挽肉ではなく、チャーシューがのります。</p>
<h2><span id="toc7">感想</span></h2>
<p>ふーさんがこちらを利用しての感想をあげてみたいと思います。</p>
<p><strong><span class="fz-22px">地域の老舗</span></strong>：こちらを利用したのはほば10年ぶりぐらい。この日も帰るぐらいには席待ちの方もでる人気なお店。若い人むけのお店ではないのですが、三代つづくお店ゆえ、長く通われている方もいるようですね。</p>
<p>仙台方面からもアクセスは悪くないので、<strong>げそ天</strong>・<strong>とり中華</strong>などの山形らしさを体験しても良いかもしれませんね。</p>
<p>地域に根ざす人気店。皆さんもいちどいかがでしょうか？</p>

<p>おすすめは<strong>十割</strong>と<strong>二八</strong>が両方味わえる<strong>板蕎麦</strong>のようですね。</p>

<p>こちらもシンプルな構成ですね。上山市にあるお店というとこで、きのこ好きなふーさんは、きのこ蕎麦あたりも気にはなるとこです。</p>
<h2><span id="toc3">実食</span></h2>
<p>こちらのお店、来よう来ようと思いつつ十数年。今回は意を決して訪問することに。日曜日のお昼に訪問です。</p>
<p>メニューのなかから一番人気であろう<strong><span class="fz-22px">板蕎麦</span></strong>、それに<strong><span class="fz-22px">かも汁</span></strong>をつけてみました。</p>

<p><strong>蕎麦</strong>は上左が十割挽きぐるみ・上右が二八。下が十割。喉越しの二八。味の十割。力強さの十割田舎という印象。</p>

<p>こちらが<strong>汁</strong>・<strong>薬味</strong>・<strong>小鉢</strong>。</p>
<p><strong>汁</strong>はやや醤油が強め、二八ならおろしやとろろも合いそうです。</p>
<p><strong>薬味</strong>はねぎ・わさび以外にもなめこおろし・揚げ玉もあります。</p>
<p><strong>小鉢</strong>は煮卵・ふき味噌・筍と切り昆布の煮物、それに漬物。煮物は薄味ですが、主役が蕎麦なのでこれぐらいでもありです。小鉢や漬物は変化があるようですね。</p>

<p>具材たっぷりで、甘さひかえめ。脂もそこまでもしつこくないです。風味の強めな十割をつけていただくのは寒い時期のお楽しみです。</p>
<h2><span id="toc6">感想</span></h2>
<p>ふーさんがこちらを利用しての感想をあげてみたいと思います。</p>
<p><strong><span class="fz-22px">好みを探して</span></strong>：一言でお蕎麦といっても、割合や挽き方(どの層使うか)などによりいろんな種類があります。</p>
<p>こちらのお店は割合では二八・十割。挽き方では挽きぐるみ等、板蕎麦であればいろんな蕎麦が味わえます。最初は板蕎麦でいろいろ味見して、次回からは好みや気分で二八・十割を決めても良いかもしれません。</p>
<p>また、季節で変わるであろう小鉢も次回来店の動機となるかもしれませんし、先客で種物を食している方がいて、きのこ蕎麦あたりも気にはあんるとこです。</p>

<p>この日は玉子焼き・大根と肉のたきもの・雪菜の冷し汁風。牛が多く使われています。雪菜は郷土風ですね。</p>

<p>そのあと肉の盛り合わせ。</p>
<p>こちらは２種で、ブリスケと外モモのようです。塊を真空低温調理したあと、提供時に切り出しているようです。</p>
<p>こちらのお店は高橋畜産食肉が運営しています。お肉は柔らかさ・脂の旨味とか感じられ、なかなか美味しいです。ただ、せいろとの相性よりはかけ蕎麦に浸して食べたほうが良さそうです。前菜・肉の盛り合わせまでを蕎麦前として、最後にせいろならありでしょうね。</p>

<p>こちら<strong><span class="fz-22px">メニュー</span></strong>(2025年12月訪問時)</p>
<p>メニューは<strong>盛り</strong>・<strong>ざる</strong>と<strong>浸け</strong>と<strong>掛け</strong>の３種類。それぞれに日替わりの小鉢がつきます。</p>
<p>浸け蕎麦・掛け蕎麦は<strong>汁</strong>が４種類あります。</p>
<p>他に天ぷらがあります。</p>
<h2><span id="toc3">実食</span></h2>
<p>こちらのお店は１月から休業になります。その前にまだ新そばと言える12月に滑り込みで訪問することができました。</p>
<p>今回は<strong><span class="fz-22px">盛り蕎麦</span></strong>と<strong><span class="fz-22px">浸けそば</span></strong>を<strong><span class="fz-22px">天ぷら盛り合わせ</span></strong>と食べてみることにしてみました。</p>

<p>まずは<strong><span class="fz-22px">浸けそば</span></strong>がきました。</p>

<p>こちらが<strong><span class="fz-22px">浸けそば</span></strong>。汁は冬といえばのカモ肉入りにしました。蕎麦はこれで普通盛りです。</p>
<p>こちらのお店はまわりの畑で自家栽培した実を自家製粉。それを十割で手打ちしています。ちなみに川をはさんだ高畠町和田地区もいい蕎麦粉ができる土地です。</p>

<p>まずはひとつまみ。十割のわりには喉越しは悪くありせんね。やや柔めに感じますが、切りはやや太めであたたかい汁にもなんとかいける感じ。蕎麦の風味は濃いめに感じますが、えぐ味や苦みを強く感じるまではいきません。伺った日もお子さん連れからお年寄りまでの客層。この蕎麦なら年齢などは選ばないと思います。</p>
<p>浸け汁はまず、三つ葉が香ります。今回カモ肉入りにしましたが、甘さもそこまでではなく、脂と甘みでベタベタすることもありません。</p>
<p>手作りの小鉢。この日は切り昆布の煮物とおひたし。家庭的ですが優しさも感じられます。</p>

<p>田舎そばなので、汁にドバドバつけて食べていると盛りそばも配膳されました。</p>

<p>こちらが<strong><span class="fz-22px">盛りそば</span></strong>と<strong><span class="fz-22px">天ぷら盛り合わせ</span></strong>。</p>
<p>汁は出汁を感じられ、こちらの地域のなかでは甘さは控えめという印象。</p>
<p>もり・ざるとも太め・短めながらスルスルといけると思います。</p>
<p><strong><span class="fz-22px">天ぷら</span></strong>には天つゆもついてきます。海老１本に野菜。この地域ですからあくまでも主役は野菜です。さくさくと揚がった美味しい野菜を楽しめます。</p>
<p>盛りそばと天ぷら盛り合わせで1400円。山形市内よりは２割ぐらいは安い印象です。</p>

<p>素朴さ：山形では民家を改装したお蕎麦屋さんというのはよくあるのですが、こちらのお店もそのパターン。そのうえ、そばの栽培から製粉までやられています。ご夫婦がお二人で自分らでできる範囲でやられているようで、印象としてはあまり商売に走りすぎてないのに好感を覚えます。</p>
<p>手作りの小鉢・やわらかい接客など、蕎麦以外の魅力もあります。田舎そばが好きな方なら満足できるお店だと思います。</p>

<p>駐車場は店裏にありますが、かなり狭めなので注意が必要です。</p>

<p>こちらが日替わりの<span class="fz-22px"><strong>揚げナスそば</strong></span>にトッピングの<strong>生たまご</strong>。これでちょうど700円になります。</p>
<p>蕎麦の<strong>汁</strong>は冷たいのと温かいのが選べます。今回は温かいのにしましたが、揚げナスなら冷たいのもありでしょうね。</p>

<p>温かい汁はキリっとした醤油を感じるかえし。やや辛めですが塩っぱいということまでもないです。甘めの多い山形では辛めのほうだと思います。揚げ物がのっているので油は浮きます。</p>

<p><strong>蕎麦</strong>はやや硬め。きっちりとやや強めに締められていて、ややコキコキと感じるぐらいの食感です。</p>
<p>ぎりぎり田舎蕎麦と呼べるぐらいの太さ。啜るというよりは咀嚼する系のそばです。メニューに肉蕎麦がるので、一度冷たい汁で肉蕎麦でも食べてみたい気がします。</p>
<p><strong>具材</strong>は揚げナスにわかめとねぎ。メニューにあるもり蕎麦やかけ蕎麦より安い価格なので十分といえます。ナスも揚げ置きではなく注文入ってから揚げてます。天ぷらが日替わりとなります。</p>

<p>こちらは以前に食べた<span class="fz-22px"><strong>じねんやラーメン</strong></span>と<span class="fz-24px"><strong><span class="fz-22px">チューシュー天ご飯</span>。</strong></span></p>
<p>スープは背脂が浮くお蕎麦屋さんの中華のイメージを覆すもの。煮干しベースですが、煮干しの効きはきつくありません。見た目ほど背脂をしつこく感じることもないですね。少し甘めの味わいなのは、煮干しらーめんながらお麺もまたこれもお蕎麦屋さんのイメージを覆すもの。多加水の自家製麺なのですが、噛みごたえのあるブリンブリンとした上がり。良く表現される、ワシワシと食べる１杯ですね。チューシュー天ご飯は天ぷらにしたチューシューを少し背脂とネギかかけたご飯にのせたものです。チューシュー天はやや衣が厚め。特段に味付けを足しているわけではないので、食べるときに醤油をかけます。衣の感じが、饅頭の天ぷらをイメージさせられました。</p>
<h2><span id="toc6">感想</span></h2>
<p>じねんやらーめん他を食べてみての感想をあげてみたいと思います。</p>
<p><strong>特色ある自家製麺</strong>：蕎麦も中華麺自家製のようです。蕎麦も中華麺も魅力的ですね。いろいろなメニューを試したくなります。</p>
<p><strong>幅のあるメニュー</strong>：らーめん・蕎麦の他に天ぷらがあるのは蕎麦屋さんならあたりまえです。その他に唐揚げがあったり、サイドメニューのご飯の種類もあったりと、メニューは充実していますね。</p>
<p>手頃な価格で蕎麦やラーメンをたのしめるこちら。皆さんも一度いかがでしょう？</p>

<p>車はお店の両わきと前で25台以上はとめられますが、土日祝などはほぼ満車のことも多いです。</p>

<p><strong>摩耶そば</strong>は地粉のそばになります。麦切は山形県庄内地方でよく食されているものです。</p>

<p>ラーメンスープは飛魚(あご)出汁のものになります。こちらの飛魚は酒田沖の飛島産。これはよくあご出汁の酒田らーめんにも使われています。</p>

<p>今回は家族と実に約８年ぶりぐらいに訪問。そばもラーメンも一通り食べたので今回は合盛りを試してみました。</p>

<p>こちらが汁と薬味。それに追加の卵。げそ天のメニューには天つゆはつきません。</p>

<p><strong>そば</strong>は夏のこの時期でもわりと風味もあり、喉越しも悪くはありません。コシはやや弱めです。以前、地粉(西蔵王産)の摩耶そばを食したころがありますが、そちらはもっと風味もコシも強かった印象です。人数多ければ食べ比べも面白いかと思います。</p>

<p>こちらは<strong>麦切</strong>。</p>
<p>麦切は山形県の庄内地方でよく食されています。そば粉のばしてを切ったのがそば切り。小麦粉をのばして切ったのが麦切り。手打ちうどんよりは細く、手延うどんの丸い形とは断面形状が違います。ちなみ、稲庭うどんは手延ですが「つぶし」がされるため平たいです。</p>
<p>麦きりといえばのつるつるの喉越しともちっとした食感。夏場は特に美味しく感じます。真夏なら麦切だけもありですね。</p>
<p>汁はほんのり出汁は感じますが、やや物足りなさも。まあ、ふーさんは玉落としてげそ天も浸す、食べ方なのでこれで十分です。</p>
<p>げそ天は下味がしっかりとついたタイプです。</p>

<p><strong><span class="fz-22px">山形風</span></strong>：こちらのお店、車は25台以上とめられ、席もテーブル・小上がり・奥の座敷のテーブル席と多いです。80席という情報もあり、なかなかの大箱です。それでも土日などは順番待ち(今回も)がでます。TV等への露出も多く、地元民の支持もあり、人気のお店となっています。</p>
<p>こちらのお店、そばと中華麺両方提は山形標準。それに、げそ天・麦切・あご出汁などより山形らしさを感じさせられお店。山形入門にも良いかもしれません。混んでても提供もわりと早いほうです。</p>

<p>駐車場は16台ありますが、伺った日曜日のお昼はほぼ満車状態でした。</p>

<p>メインはお蕎麦となります。細打ちと太打田舎の２種の蕎麦があります。</p>
<p>もりそばにゲソ天などの天ぷらをつけたメニューが人気です。山形のお蕎麦屋さんで、もり天と呼ばれているもので特にゲソ天のメニューが人気です。こちらのお店は天ぷらにより３種類用意されています。</p>
<p>ラーメンは醤油と味噌ともり中華。もり中華は締めた中華麺を蕎麦汁で食べるメニュー。東北のお蕎麦屋さんでよくみかけるメニューです。</p>

<p>以前は中華そばにセットされていたおにぎりは単品で追加するようになったようです。</p>

<p>今回は相方と２人で約８年ぶり伺いました。</p>
<p>ふーさんは<strong><span class="fz-22px">中華そば</span></strong>。相方は<strong><span class="fz-22px">冷やしたぬきそば</span></strong>。シェアで<strong><span class="fz-22px">ゲソ天</span></strong>を注文してみました。</p>

<p>季節限定の冷やしラーメンもありましたが、温かい<strong>中華そば</strong>にしてみました。</p>

<p>こちらが<strong><span class="fz-22px">中華そば</span></strong>。</p>
<p>いかにもお蕎麦屋さんのラーメンという丼面です。</p>
<p>スープはかすかに酸味、ほんのりと甘さも感じるような味。動物系は感じつつもどちらかというとあっさり寄りです。鶏ガラベースに風味づけに牛骨でしょうか。</p>
<p>麺は多加水で細めのちぢれで喉越しの良い麺です。卵麺といいつつもそこまで卵の風味は強くはないです。</p>
<p>ほろほろのチューシューと昔っぽいメンマ。このへんもお蕎麦屋さんのラーメンです。</p>
<h3><span id="toc5">冷やしたぬきそば</span></h3>
<p>夏の楽しみの<strong><span class="fz-22px">冷やしたぬきそば</span></strong>は相方が注文。</p>

<p>こちらが<strong><span class="fz-22px">冷やしたぬきそば</span></strong>。</p>
<p>こちらのお店のは梅干しとおろしがのっていますね。お蕎麦は細打ちの十一だそうです。</p>
<p>喉越し良く、食べやすいお蕎麦ですね。ホシが入り、風味もありますね。</p>
<p>汁はややしょっぱめで梅とおろしが清涼感を演出していて、いかにも夏限定の１杯という印象です。</p>
<p>空の猪口は蕎麦湯を楽しむために用意してくれているとのことです。</p>
<h3><span id="toc6">ゲソ天</span></h3>
<p>２人でシェアするのに<strong><span class="fz-22px">ゲソ天</span></strong>の単品も頼んでみました。</p>

<p>昨今の不漁で今はこれぐらいのボリュームになったようです。それでもゲソ天がメニューにあるお店では量が多めなほうだとは思います。</p>
<p>テーブルに「塩」と「カレー塩」の用意があります。そのためか下味は強くはないです。塩でも汁につけてもご自由にということですね。</p>
<p>サクッと揚がっていて身も硬いとかもないです。</p>

<p><strong><span class="fz-22px">麺好きさんに</span></strong>：こちらのお店はかなり人気のお店です。人気の秘密はいろいろあるのでしょうが、細打ち・田舎の２種類の蕎麦と中華麺。それぞれの美味しさにプラスしての天ぷら、そのあたりが人気なのかと思います。</p>

<p>場所は通称山寺街道沿い。幟があるのでわかりやすいです。</p>
<p>駐車場はあるのですが、前後長と向かいのスペースまでの間隔は狭めです。</p>
<h2><span id="toc2">そば処さい藤のメニュー</span></h2>
<p><strong>そば処さい藤</strong>のメニューは<strong>そば</strong>・<strong>中華麺</strong>・<strong>ラーメン</strong>の３種類あります。</p>
<p>そばは極太ちぢれと細麺の２種類あり、もり・かけ・肉そばなどで提供されています。</p>
<p>中華麺はもりと肉中華で提供。</p>
<p>ラーメンは醤油とみその２本立てです。</p>
<p>サイドメニューとしてはセット天ぷらとセットミニ丼があります。セットにするとお得になります。</p>
<p>入口すぐにタッチパネル式の券売機。ここで発券して席につき待ちます。</p>
<p><span class="marker-under-blue">券売機は現金の他にPayPayが使えます。</span></p>
<h2><span id="toc3">実食</span></h2>
<p>今回は中華麺から<strong><span class="fz-22px">あいもり</span></strong>、それに<strong><span class="fz-22px">げそ天野菜セット</span></strong>と<strong><span class="fz-22px">ミニ鶏皮丼</span></strong>をつけてみました。</p>
<h3><span id="toc4">あいもり＋げそ野菜天セット</span></h3>
<p>中華麺のメニューにある<strong>あいもり</strong>はそばと中華麺のあいもりです。</p>

<p>こちらが麺の感じ。</p>
<p><strong><span class="fz-22px">そば</span></strong>は極太で強いねじれ。一瞬の硬さもあるがムニュっとした食感もありよくいう「ワシワシ系」と言えそうです。本道・王道とはやや違うジャンクな味わいなのですが、思う存分に味わいつくすには良いかもしれません。粉は最上早生だそうです。ラー油でアレンジするつけそばなどはハマる人にはハマるようです。</p>
<p><strong><span class="fz-22px">中華麺</span></strong>はひらひらとした平打ち。こちらもねじれが強めですが、ツルツルと喉越しも良く、コシもある食感。もりですから締めてあるわけで、そのせいもあるでしょうね。小麦を強くまでは感じないのですがなかなか美味しいです。</p>
<p>汁は本来のそばつゆと肉そばのたれの２種類がつきます。そばつゆは普通ですが、ほのかな甘さとコクのある肉そばのたれはなかなか美味しいです。</p>

<p>この天ぷらは<strong><span class="fz-22px">げそ天野菜セット</span></strong>。</p>
<p>げそ３本・ちくわ・かぼちゃ・しいたけになります。げそ天はやや硬めですがそばつゆに浸して食べるなら問題は無いかもしれません。他の種もまあまあでしょう。</p>

<p>こちらが<strong><span class="fz-22px">ミニ鶏皮丼</span></strong>。</p>
<p>鶏皮をニンニクの効いた甘辛いタレで仕上げてあります。ビールのおつまみにでも良さそうな味付けで、ややコリコリ過ぎて噛み切れないとこもあるのですが、美味しいです。</p>
<p>ご飯のお米の質も悪くありません。</p>
<p>こちらラーメンも人気のようです。印象のの良い中華麺。ふーさんもいつか食べに伺いましょうね。</p>
<h2><span id="toc6">感想</span></h2>
<p>ふーさんがこちらのお店を利用しての感想をあげてみたいと思います。</p>
<p><strong><span class="fz-22px">イマドキの蕎麦店</span></strong>：店内に入るとキックとベースのきいたBGM。タッチ式券売機。ぶっとい蕎麦。ラー油などなど。お蕎麦を今風に楽しむようなスタイルなお店です。</p>
<p>伺ったのは日曜日のお昼時。空いているのは６人がけのカウンター的テーブルのみ。なかなか人気のようで小さいお子さん連れもいらしてました。ジャンクのものからオーソドックスなラーメンまで。バラエティあるメニューもその人気の１つかもしれませんね。</p>
<p>ほぼほぼ満席で茹で時間の長い極太麺でも15分かからず配膳されました。混むお店ですがオペレーションは良好のようです。</p>

<p>お店の場所は高畠町と米沢市境にあります。</p>
<p>車は店の向かいにおく形になります。</p>
<p>ふーさんがうかがったのは日曜日の12時少し前。ほぼ満席でしたが２人掛けの席にありつけました。満席の場合はウェイティングリストに名前と車のナンバーを書き、車で待ちます。</p>

<p>ぶっかけ蕎麦は季節により具材が変わるようです。この日はなめこなどが使われているようでした。</p>
<p>冬限定の熱々のつけ蕎麦も寒いには良さそうです。真冬の寒いならこちらを食べてみたかったですが。</p>

<p>こちらが<strong><span class="fz-22px">温かい蕎麦</span></strong>のメニュー。</p>
<p>定番の鴨南の他に、黒海苔の花巻そば風のがあるのは珍しいですね。花巻そばは焼海苔をちぎりますが、こちらはバラ海苔のようですね。時代小説で花巻の描写があったりもしますが、今はなかなか花巻そばをメニューにのせているお蕎麦屋さんは無いですよね。</p>

<p>こちらが<strong><span class="fz-22px">もりそば</span></strong>。</p>
<p>ほぼ満席で約５分で配膳。なかなか速いですね。</p>
<p>薬味のほかに菊のおひたしと漬物がつきます。こちらで普通もりですが、それは山形サイズ。他の地域よりは多めです。</p>
<p>蕎麦粉は北海道産の北早生の十割。色から丸抜きを石臼で製粉なんでしょうか。蕎麦の形状から機械打ちでしょうね。</p>

<p>啜ってみます。</p>
<p>その太さにもよるのですが、ツルツルと喉越しが良いです。冷たく締められていますが、ほどよさからキンキンの氷水まではと感じます。ほどよいムニっとした弾力があります。</p>
<p>蕎麦独特の風味はほんのりという印象。上品な二番粉あたりでしょうか。ゴリゴリの田舎そばや殻まで挽きぐるみしたものが苦手な方にはおすすめです。逆をいえば、真っ黒い田舎そばを求めて山形に来た方にはすこし期待外れかもしれません。</p>
<p>汁はさっぱりとやや醤油が立つような汁。甘さはこの地域ではおさえめです。</p>

<p><strong><span class="fz-22px">天ぷら</span></strong>は蕎麦から４分後ぐらい。</p>
<p>春菊・まいたけ・海老・ナス・かぼちゃ・さつまいもの６品です。</p>
<p>種の質はなかなか良く、海老はプリっと。さつまいもはサクサクと甘さも強いです。ただ、少し気になったのが種により熱さが違います。長時間の揚げ置きまでは無いとは思いますが。ナスやピーマンの美味しい時期ならやさい天ぷらという選択肢もありかと思います。他の方の注文の多かったげそ天も気になるところです。</p>

<p><strong><span class="fz-22px">女性の感性</span></strong>：こちらのお店はスタッフが女性。お店の立ち上げから女性の視点で営業されているようです。野菜を育てたり、たけのこ・山菜なども取りにいかれているみたいですね。</p>
<p>一軒家をモダンにリノベしたお店は雰囲気も良いですし、全席椅子にかけて食事ができるのはお年寄りとかにも優しいです。古民家のお蕎麦屋さんの畳敷きは苦になる人もいるわけで。車で席が空くのを待つことができるのも有り難いです。</p>
<p>メニューも女性向きというか、映えもある品が多いようですね。一言で言ってしまえば「蕎麦カフェ」というようなお店だと思います。</p>

<p>お店の場所はわかりにくいのでナビ等が必要です。</p>
<p>駐車場はお店の前と向いにあります。合計で６台ぐらい。なかなか競争率が高いので、大通りの無料駐車場を利用するという手もあります。</p>

<p>この他に夏メニューがあります。</p>
<p>今回というかいつもですが、こちらに伺うと中華ぶっかけを頼んでしまいます。このメニューは冷たいメニューですが一年中食べられます。</p>

<p>冷たい中華麺のメニューの<span class="fz-24px"><strong>中華ぶっかけ</strong></span>を食べてみました。この中華ぶっかけというメニューはオリジナリティの高いこちらのお店の人気メニューです。</p>

<p>こちらが<span class="fz-22px"><strong>中華ぶっかけ</strong></span>の<strong>大盛り</strong>。</p>
<p>ふーさんはラーメン・蕎麦のお店に550軒以上行きましたが、このメニューに似たメニューをみたことがありません。まさにこのお店のオリジナルです。</p>

<p><strong>スープ</strong>は和風。冷たく、蕎麦つゆに近いものです。どちらかといと冷たい鳥中華に近いイメージです。ちなみに鳥中華はまかないで蕎麦つゆで中華麺を食べたのがはじまりです。</p>
<p>やや胡椒が効かせてあり、塩味と相まってややパンチがあります。</p>

<p>こちらのお店は打場のある手打ちそばのお店なのですが、<strong>中華麺</strong>も自家製麺という情報です。細めでコシのある硬め。締めた中華麺はツルツルの喉越しの良いです。かんすいも控えめでそちらも和風よりです。</p>
<p>具材のメインは玉ねぎの天ぷら。</p>
<p>寄せてかき揚げにはせず、カリカリにあげたフライドオニオンというような感じです。やや揚がりすてコゲの苦みもかすかにしたりもします。</p>
<p>それに半玉とかまぼこがお蕎麦屋さんらしく、きざみ海苔と三つ葉がよけいそう思わさせます。</p>
<p>上山のお蕎麦屋さんでは天ぷら中華という天ぷらのせた中華そばがありますが、その天ぷらをザクザクの玉ねぎ天にして、冷たいぶっかけ蕎麦のスープに締めた中華麺をいれた。このメニューをそうとらえて良いと思います。</p>

<p>ふーさんがこちらを利用しての感想をあげてみたいと思います。</p>
<p><strong>オリジナル性</strong>：こちらのメニューや夏メニューのかっぱそばなど、オリジナル性の高いメニューがあるのがこちらの魅力。また、いろいろなミニ丼のセットもうれしいです。</p>
