<p>お店の前の道を東に行くと大きな駐車場があります。30台とめられますので十分だと思います。</p>

<p>冬場のみ<span class="fz-22px"><strong>あったかいとりそば</strong></span>があります。こちらの画像のとりそばは大になります。</p>
<h2><span id="toc3">実食</span></h2>
<p>今回は２人で訪問しました。</p>
<p><span class="fz-22px"><strong>もりそば</strong></span>２つと<strong>生たまご</strong>、それに<span class="fz-22px"><strong>そばがき</strong></span>を食べることにしました。</p>
<h3><span id="toc4">注文方法</span></h3>
<p>こちらのお店は入口を古民家を使ったお店。</p>
<p>まず靴を脱ぎ、玄関を背にして左に厨房があるのでそちらに出向きます。そちらに声をかけ、注文をします。</p>

<p>注文が通るとこちらの札も渡してもらえます。席の見えやすいところに置いておきます(この番号で配膳されるため)</p>
<p>支払いは食後にこの札を渡して会計してもらいます。</p>
<p>席はとくに案内はしてもらえないので自分でさがします。お座敷に１間幅の折りたたみテーブルがおいてあるので、２人ぐらいまでなら相席という形になります。６人まで座れるテーブルに混雑時に１〜２人のみとはいいませんしね。ふーさんも先客に声をかけ、同じテーブルに着席です。</p>
<h3><span id="toc5">薬味・箸休め</span></h3>
<p>注文してしてからしばらくすると<strong>薬味</strong>などが運ばれてきます。</p>

<p><strong>薬味</strong>は<strong>ねぎ</strong>、生たまごは鶏卵でTPです。</p>
<p>もちろん自家製の<strong>お漬物</strong>は季節により変わります。今回は青菜づけでした。この時期までもつぐらいに塩はきつめ。なので蕎麦がでるまでのビールのお供にしてる方がちらほらと。さすが休日です。</p>

<p><strong>つけ汁</strong>は納豆・ごまの２種類から１つを選ぶかたち。今回は納豆にしてみました。ごまは甘いというレビューを参考にしてのことです。</p>
<p>もりそば→そばがきとくるならごまもいいでしょうが。</p>
<p>通常は汁をつけて食べるのでしょうが、シェアするのもあって納豆の汁を全体にかけてから口に。</p>

<p>ほんのりあたたかく、ふわふわしつつぷるぷるです。米粉を練れば団子、小麦粉を練ればすいとんなのですが、そばがきはその食感が抜群ですね。ほんのかすかな甘さ感じつつ、納豆が入れられた生醤油で味わいます。</p>
<p>機会あればぜひ味わってほしい１品です。</p>

<p>そうこうしてると<span class="fz-22px"><strong>もりそば</strong></span>到着。これで普通盛りです。量が多めの山形でも多めのほうでしょう。</p>
<p>粉は十割。自家製粉だそうです。切りはややばらつきある平たい太麺。</p>

<p>暑い日でしたが締め方は強めに締めては無いようです。水切りはきちんとされています。</p>
<p>啜ってみるとややムチッとした食感。挽きぐるみで星が見られますが香りはさほど。６月という時期や挽き具合からこれぐらいなんでしょうか。</p>
<p>思うに山形では標準的なお味で、昔ながらというか素朴というか。あまりお蕎麦文化ではない他県からの方なら感動はあると思います。</p>
<p>汁は鰹の香る軽めの汁。醤油がプンプン香るそばがきの汁とはまた違います。</p>
<p>食後、蕎麦湯で割るとまろやかで美味しいです。</p>

<p>ふーさんがこちらを利用して思ったこと。</p>
<p><span class="fz-22px"><strong>蕎麦文化遺産！</strong></span>：大正時代からはじめたこちらのお店。これぞ山形の田舎蕎麦という蕎麦を受け継いでいるように思えます。</p>
<p>長野の蕎麦でもなく、東京の蕎麦でもなく、出雲の蕎麦でもない。いかにも山形の蕎麦だが、北東の大石田・村山の蕎麦ともまた違うようにも思えます。</p>
